Lambeth Care Services provides a range of services designed to help individuals live independently and safely in their own homes. Our services are flexible and tailored to individual needs, from short weekly visits to round-the-clock care.
Core Services
- Personal Care: Assistance with daily personal hygiene routines while maintaining dignity and comfort. This often includes:
- Bathing, showering, and washing.
- Dressing and getting ready for bed.
- Grooming, such as shaving and oral hygiene.
- Toileting and managing incontinence aids (e.g., catheter or stoma care).
- obility support, including moving in and out of bed or using mobility aids.
- Companionship Care: Focused on emotional support and social interaction to combat loneliness and isolation. This can involve:
- Friendly conversation and emotional support.
- Accompanying clients on social outings, errands, or appointments.
- Engaging in hobbies and activities.
- Health and well-being checks.
- Home Help/Domestic Tasks: Support with day-to-day household chores. This typically includes:
- Light housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
- Washing up and keeping the kitchen tidy.
- Meal planning and preparation of nutritious food, catering to dietary requirements.
- Shopping for groceries and collecting prescriptions.
Specialized & Complex Care
- Dementia Care: Specialized support to help individuals with dementia maintain continuity and comfort in a familiar environment, with care workers trained to manage associated behaviours and provide reassurance.
- Live-in Care: A fully trained carer lives in the client's home to provide 24/7 support and companionship, offering an alternative to moving to a residential care home.
- Overnight/24-hour Care: Continuous care throughout the night for those who require frequent assistance, such as with medication or using the toilet.
- Respite Care: Temporary care services to provide a main family carer with a planned break or holiday, or for short-term support following hospital discharge or illness recovery.
- Complex Health Needs: Care for conditions such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis (MS), physical or learning disabilities, stroke recovery, and palliative/end-of-life care, often with nurse-led oversight. This may include simple wound care, stoma and catheter management, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
Live in care
- When our loved ones age and we are unable to readily attend to them, we are sometimes confronted with the dilemma of sending them to a care home or finding the most suitable live-in-caregiver for them.

Our live-in-care services consist of personal care services, companionship, shopping and running errands, cooking among others. We ensure that a service user feels comfortable in their home and can still access the community with the support of the carers.
Shopping
- A vital service we provide is running errands and going shopping for our service users. It is commonplace that in their specific conditions they may not be in the position to run such errands as going to the laundry, going grocery shopping or going to the post office, consequently our professional care-givers readily get these done for them.
Day centres
- Lambeth professionals are perfect carers that can fit into your programmes and schedules at Day centers. Our carers are dedicated to providing the best care for service users, including anxiety and depression management, helping service users to focus on activities, making service users feel secure and generally being a good companion through the day
Hospital discharge
- We provide care for individuals who need support with their daily activities during this recuperation period.
Lambeth Care Services can support you or our loved one with:
- Supervision of discharge arrangements.

Palliative care
