We provide services to all with health and social care needs, we accept referrals from local authorities, voluntary organisations, hospitals, and from individuals.
Personal care
Personal Care services are an essential part of our service especially for the elderly.
Our Personal care services include:
- Bathing and showering - Practicing personal hygiene such as taking regular baths and showers is very essential, however many aged people are unable to do this on their own. Our carers are trained to take care of this very delicate process to make sure your loved one is well cared for.
- Using the toilet - Our carers also aid your loved ones if they need help to use the restroom; increasingly aged and ill people find it difficult to independently use the restroom, with the proper care, this shouldn’t be a problem
- Skin care and dressing up - Personal hygiene and care extends beyond just taking good showers, our caregivers are also very careful to aid service users in the proper care of their skin, their hair and nails and so on. We help in the selection of the right clothing to wear in specific weather, clothes that service users will not trip over that may invariably cause them harm and ultimately clothes that make them comfortable and make them look good
Companionship Care
Many times, the elderly are found wanting for companionship. Long hours of isolation or being alone can have unpleasant consequences and family members may not always have the time to be there for their loved ones. Lambeth is there to provide the emotional support and socialization for these service users. Our carers are ideal companions to take a service user on that much needed stroll, to read them some books or to converse with them in a foreign language that will keep them excited through your days.
Live in care
When our loved ones age and we are unable to readily attend to them, we are sometimes confronted with the dilemma of sending them to a care home or finding the most suitable live-in-caregiver for them.
Lambeth provides professional live-in-care, our carers genuinely care and provide some of the best services that this industry has to offer. Our live-in-care services consist of personal care services, companionship, shopping and running errands, cooking among others. We ensure that a service user feels comfortable in their home and can still access the community with the support of the carers.
Shopping
A vital service we provide is running errands and going shopping for our service users. It is commonplace that in their specific conditions they may not be in the position to run such errands as going to the laundry, going grocery shopping or going to the post office, consequently our professional care-givers readily get these done for them.
Day centres
Lambeth professionals are perfect carers that can fit into your programmes and schedules at Day centers. Our carers are dedicated to providing the best care for service users, including anxiety and depression management, helping service users to focus on activities, making service users feel secure and generally being a good companion through the day
Hospital discharge
We provide care for individuals who need support with their daily activities during this recuperation period.
Lambeth Care Services can support you or our loved one with:
- Supervision of discharge arrangements.
- Transport home.
- Food shopping.
- Managed live-in care if required.
- Help with washing, dressing and personal care.
- Medication support.
- Physical assistance and support to move safely around the home.

Palliative care
We provide support and care for individuals who have a life-threatening illness, who choose to live in the comfort of their own homes. We focus on the preferences and needs of the individual, to improve their quality of life.
